As a Call Center Technician Consultant, this person will need to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, provide quick and efficient conflict resolution to customers, quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions. This consultant will need to provide a high-level of customer service, document call details, and multitask effectively.

Individuals will need to use their own computers, internet service and cell phone. Training will be provided by the company to ensure success. Individuals must also be able to work in a quiet space where phone calls may be conducted uninterrupted without distractions.        
 

As an Independent Contractor, you are self-employed and can:

Independent Contractor will need to have the following skills:

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls preferred.

 • 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems

 • Basic typing skills and strong customer service and written skills

 •  Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers and Telehealth terminology knowledge or background is a plus.
