We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our Charlevoix, MI location.

Full-time

Wage range: $22 - $27 per hour. Wages commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reads and understands prints
• Metrology using portable arm CMM’s
• Works with team members and customers to help launch new product
• Contributes to on-going quality assurance to confirm customer specifications are met
• Supports launch activities and advanced product quality planning activities including PPAP preparation, PFMEA’s, Process Flows, and Control Plans
• Works with both Production and Engineering teams to complete PFMEA’s

ADDITIONALLY, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years manufacturing experience
• 2+ years in a manufacturing quality role
• Working knowledge of metal forming, machining, and welding
• Experience in FMEA Methodologies and Benefits
