Grand Traverse Band Health Solutions (GTBHS), a subsidiary of Grand Traverse Economic Development (GTED), is a fast-growing company with opportunities to learn and advance. We are seeking an energetic applicant who can meet and exceed the below goals. We are currently seeking independent contractor Call Center Technicians.

This position is Entry-Level, paid per minute, and remote.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!

No more long commutes and rigid schedules!

As a Call Center Technician Consultant, this person will need to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, provide quick and efficient conflict resolution to customers, quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions. This consultant will need to provide a high-level of customer service, document call details, and multitask effectively.

Individuals will need to use their own computers, internet service and cell phone. Training will be provided by the company to ensure success. Individuals must also be able to work in a quiet space where phone calls may be conducted uninterrupted without distractions.

IN THIS CONTRACT, YOU WILL:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service phone calls
  • Provide quick and efficient conflict resolution to customers
  • Quickly assess customer needs and provide solid solutions
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns by communicating effectively with the customer and the management team/support staff in an efficient manner.
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service
  • Document call details
  • Multi-task efficiently
  • Comply with HIPPA policies and procedures

  • 1-year call center / high call volume experience (desired)
  • Telehealth terminology knowledge (desired)
