We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift) for our Charlevoix, MI location.

Full-time

Wage range: $20-$24 per hour. Wages commensurate with experience.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

• Work with Assembly, Fabrication, CNC Machining, Laser, Maintenance, Paint and Plasma functions to ensure parts are made and customer orders are filled.
• Work with Scheduling and Shipping to receive and ship parts after hours when needed.
• Work with Quality to ensure coverage for First Article Inspections.
• Work with Engineering to clarify manufacturing needs and provide direction to the team
• Work with Welding and Quality to ensure NDT (Die Pen, Mag Particle) checks are complete.
• Produces work that conforms to customer specifications and customer standards understanding the importance of doing it right the first time before passing it on. Refers to blueprints, technical drawings, and other written directions.
• Maintains a clean and safe workstation, maintains and wears all required personal protective safety equipment.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another.
• Must be able to occasionally work above the shoulder height and frequently have neck flexion and extension. The employee must occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONALLY, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Metal Processing, Machining, Laser/PLAS, Fabrication with knowledge of Welding and Painting.
