Bay Shore Steel Works (BSSW)-

BSSW is a subsidiary of Grand Traverse Economic Development (GTED) and is currently seeking a Custodian.

Custodian
Part-Time; $13-$15/ hour depending on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a healthy work environment
• Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways
• Tracks and orders cleaning supplies
• Cleans, mops, washes, and buffs floors
• Cleans employee break rooms
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• Cleans, mops, washes, and buffs floors
• Cleans and polishes fixtures
• Washes windows and empties waste containers
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
