We are currently seeking a Custodian for our beautiful Charlevoix, MI location.

This position is non-exempt (hourly)

Part-time

Wage range is $13 - $15 / hour depending on experience

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

• Maintain a healthy work environment
• Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways
• Tracks and orders cleaning supplies
• Cleans, mops, washes, and buffs floors
• Cleans employee break rooms
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• Cleans, mops, washes, and buffs floors
• Cleans and polishes fixtures
• Washes windows and empties waste containers
• Abide by and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to ascertain information about chemicals
• Other duties as assigned
